Honest craftsmanship is our foundation, which is why all dishes are prepared on-site, without the use of electricity or gas.
Our long and slow cooking or smoking of various types and cuts of meat is done solely with the help of smoke and heat from hardwood.
We believe in handcrafted work, which is why we do everything ourselves as much as we can. From rubs (dry marinades) to sauces and salads, the only exception is the butter brioche we get from Mr. Mareš from Komořany.
We cook the meat over hardwood, directly on-site in our smoker, low’n’slow, for a very long time, without the use of electricity or gas. For celiacs and anyone else, there’s always an option to enjoy the meat, salad, and sauce served over hot jasmine rice.
What we do
From traditional Texas/Memphis BBQ, through homemade sausages, bacon, pulled pork, beef brisket, pork and beef ribs, pulled beef, pastrami from beef brisket, and a weekly special that regularly changes.
Who we are
Sultan, the main „brain,“ founded a food truck in 2017, the first smoker on wheels in the Czech Republic. At the turn of 2022/2023, he opened a restaurant with Eda, his partner who joined along the way, and many others like Lenka, Markéta, Max, and Elíza…
Sustainable resources
All our TAKE AWAY meals are always served in high-quality containers made from natural renewable materials. You won’t find any single-use plastics here.
