Kansas BBQ

Sweet, bold, and thick sauce. The base is tomato, the most popular sauce in the state of Missouri.

Ingredients: Ketchup, plum jam, water, wine vinegar, yellow mustard and Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, spices, sea salt, liquid smoke. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Caroline BBQ

Sweet and sour mustard barbecue sauce. Its home is primarily the state of South Carolina.

Ingredients: Yellow mustard and Dijon mustard, canola oil, ketchup, water, wine vinegar, sugar, spices, sea salt, dried onion. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Hot BBQ

Similar in taste to our Kentucky BBQ, moderately spicy thanks to the fresh Habanero pepper paste.

Ingredients: Ketchup, plum jam, water, wine vinegar, yellow mustard and Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Ancho peppers, Habanero pepper paste, spices, sea salt, liquid smoke. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Chilli Bacon Jam

Bacon jam from our homemade bacon! With fresh Habanero peppers. A guilty pleasure done right.

Ingredients: Homemade bacon, onion, garlic, sugar, wine vinegar, Habanero peppers, spices. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Kimchi

Vegan kimchi, moderately spicy, the best prevention against colds.

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, garlic, leek, ginger, shiitake, chili, apples, misoshiru, rice flour, sea salt. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Cheddar sauce

Our now iconic cheddar sauce, perfect for a spoonful or however you see fit…

Ingredients: Cheddar cheese, whole milk, sodium citrate, Graham’s salt, sea salt. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Beef Bacon

Beef navel marinated for fourteen days and smoked over beech wood. Czech cattle, ČESTR breed, or Angus.

Ingredients: Beef navel, sea salt, sugar, curing salt. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Pork Bacon

Pork belly marinated for nine days and smoked over beech wood. Czech cattle.

Ingredients: Pork belly, sea salt, sugar, curing salt. Store at a temperature below 4°C.

Cheddar Jalapeňo

A hearty sausage packed with cheddar, mildly spicy thanks to red jalapeños.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork fat, cheddar, jalapeño, sea salt, curing salt, spices. Store at a temperature below 4°C.
